Bus Service - Metro Transit Authority
Taxi service is available on the Ground Transportation level. The taxi rate from the Nashville International Airport to Downtown is approximately $25 plus tip, tax, and extra charge for large bags. They add $1 per passenger after the first passenger.

Nashville International Airport is eight miles east of downtown Nashville. Gray Line Airport Express shuttle, taxi, bus and hotel/motel courtesy shuttle services are available from the airport.
Jarmon Limousine provides transportation to Fort Campbell. Jarmon Limousine is located on the Ground Transportation Level and can be reached at (615)275-0146.

Baggage Level. Specific hotel/motels can be called from call-boards, located on the Baggage and Ground Transportation Levels.
Available in all airport lots. All airport operated shuttle buses in the long term and economy lots are equipped with wheelchair lifts for passenger assistance.

Where do I go to do some banking?
ATMs are located on the Ticketing Level. The machines take most types of cards, including Cirrus, Plus One, Money, Most, Visa, and Mastercard.

Beige phones on walls throughout terminal may be used to reach Information Center or Airport Police. Phone numbers posted at phones. Pay phones are available for outside calls.
An attended FAX machine is available at the Wright Travel Business Center, located on the Ticketing Level. HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
COST: $5 for first page; $2 other pages. Receiving: $3 for the first 5 pages; $2 for each 5 pages after that.
A service box with forms is located across from the Information Center Desk on the Baggage Claim Level. Time of pickup: 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Provides customer paging, including visual paging for the hearing impaired, language assistance, information and passenger guidance. If you need to page an individual, you may stop by the Information Center or pick up a Courtesy Phone located throughout Nashville International Airport by dialing 615-275-2098.

Wi-Fi INTERNET ACCESS Travelers and guests can enjoy 20 minutes of complimentary Wi-Fi within the food courts, meeter/greeter waiting areas and restaurants. Members of the airport's Frequent Parker Program and valet parking customers can enjoy 15 minutes complimentary access anywhere in the terminal. Where do I go to get assistance?
Volunteers in red vests or jackets are able to assist you in your traveling needs. They are stationed in various locations throughout the airport on a daily basis to answer your questions. For information about this program, contact: 615-275-4522.

LOST AND FOUND
If you have lost or found an item at Nashville International Airport, contact or visit the Information Center located on the Baggage Claim Level. Items are kept for 30 days from the date the item was found. Contact: (615) 275-1675.
ILLNESS CARE/MEDICAL TREATMENT
CareHere! Walk-in Clinic and Wellness Store, located at the Concource C Exit. Provides primary care, illness care and medical symptom treatment. Features an in-store pharmacy and over-the-counter medicines.
Contact Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) by dialing 1703 on beige courtesy phones in the terminal. EMTs are on duty 24 hrs. By law, they cannot write prescriptions or work-absence excuses, or supply any drugs other than Aspirin. Medical emergency may be transported to: Summit Medical Center, 5655 Frist Blvd, Hermitage, TN 37076. Patient information: 615-316-3490.

Police officers are on walking patrol in the terminal. If none in sight, go to nearest beige courtesy phone located on the walls throughout the terminal on all levels. Dial 1703.

Located on Baggage Claim Level, Gates B-2 and C-9, Ground Transportation Level, Level 1 Parking Garage, and Ticketing Level.

LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCES
Scheduled several times a week on the Concourse C Meeter-Greeter Lounge stage, the A/B Concourse Meeter-Greeter stage, and the Concourse C Food and Retail Court stage. Live music can also be heard daily in the Tootsies Orchid Lounge at Gate C-7.

What about on-site airport parking?
Located on the Ground Transportation 1st Level. Economy, Long-term and Short-term parking spaces are available, with some spaces reserved for commercial vehicle loading and unloading. Curbside parking is not allowed in front of the terminal. Handicapped parking spaces are available in all airport lots. Courtesy shuttles from Long-term and Economy parking lots are available. Equipped with wheelchair ramps, shuttles run every 10 minutes. Valet parking is available.

ARTS AT THE AIRPORT
The Nashville International Airport sponsors art exhibits in the terminal for public enjoyment. In addition, live music is performed on five stages. Contact: 615-275-1614.

CONSTRUCTION IN AIRPORT AREA
In order to prevent obstructions to safe aircraft navigation, the Airport Authority regulates the maximum height of all structures within the Airport Overlay District. In accordance with this provision, those wishing to obtain building permits within the Airport Overlay District may be required by Metro Government's Department of Codes and Building Safety to contact the Airport Authority (615-275-1643) for sign-off. In addition, the Federal Aviation Administration has established standards and notification requirements for objects affecting navigable airspace. Additional information.

Airport Police may issue traffic tickets for illegal parking and speeding on airport property. Tickets are processed through the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Available through Business Service Center (Wright Travel) located near Frontier Airline's ticket counter on the third level. Must be booked one day in advance of departure.
Domestic flights: At the Checkpoint, passengers age 18 and over should be prepared to present one form of government-issued photo identification (e.g. valid passport, valid driver’s license, military ID, etc.), or two forms of non-photo identification, one of which must have been issued by a state or federal agency (e.g. U.S. Social Security card) in order to expeditiously pass through the security checkpoint.
