Service Operator Minimum Standards

A general aviation and general aviation-related use at the Airport must comply with the following, as in effect from time to time:  the MNAA’s Aeronautical Service Operator Minimum Standards (the “Minimum Standards”), the terms of a ground lease between the tenant and the MNAA, the rules and regulations of the MNAA (including, without limitation, the safety and security requirements of the Airport), and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations of other governmental authorities.

These regulations prescribe minimum standards for any company providing aeronautical services
at Nashville International Airport. The purpose of these minimum standards is to establish a
minimum acceptable level of service and by no means implies a right to provide services.
