TEMINAL APRON AND TAXILANE EXPANSION (PH 2) CIP 2102

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

 

THE METROPOLITAN NASHVILLE AIRPORT AUTHORITY (MNAA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested engineering firms with extensive experience in airport civil engineering for the Project No. 2102, Terminal Apron and Taxilane Expansion (Ph. 2) at the Nashville International Airport, Nashville, Tennessee.

 

ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS submitted through www.aerobidz.aero will be received by the Purchasing Department, Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, One Terminal Drive, Suite 501, Nashville, Tennessee, 37214, until 5:00 p.m. (local time), March 18, 2021. It is the Authority’s objective to promote, encourage and stimulate participation of local, small, minority and women-owned business enterprises (SMWBE) within its organization and the economic community served by it so as to provide maximum opportunities for participation in contracts, programs and all related business activities of the Authority, and to implement participation levels, policies and operational procedures to insure the Authority’s objectives.  The SMWBE participation level established for the DESIGN portion of this project will be a minimum of 7.24% SMWBE. This program maintains a list of certified SMWBEs, which can be found on the Authority’s website at https://flynashville.com/nashville-airport-authority/business-opportunities/business-diversity-development or certified DBEs located within the state of Tennessee, which can be found on the TNUCP Directory (TDOT) website at https://www.tdot.tn.gov/Applications/DBEDirect/Search or contacting Business Diversity Development at (615) 275-2718. Proposers are encouraged to inspect this list to assist in locating SMWBEs for the work. Other SMWBEs may be added to the list in accordance with MNAA’s approved SMWBE Program. Credit toward the SMWBE participation will not be counted unless the SMWBE to be used is certified by MNAA.

 

Responses will be reviewed and selection procedures will be followed in compliance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E (49 CFR Part 18) for the Procurement of Professional Services.

 

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any irregularities in the responses received and to accept any responses which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.
