BNA Cares
BNA Cares is the collection of programs, services, and facilities offered at Nashville International Airport to accommodate our passengers and visitors in need of special assistance in a variety of different areas.
A featured component of BNA Cares is the Accessible Parking Program, which allows participants to park free at Nashville International Airport.
More About BNA Cares
- Applicants must complete the BNA Cares Accessible Parking Program Application/Agreement. This form serves as a registration for the specific individual and specific vehicle.
- BNA will verify with the Tennessee Department of Revenue that the applicant's disabled person license plate/placard/decal is valid and when it expires.
- Once approved, BNA will provide the applicant with:
- Airport-issued Accessible Parking Program Complimentary Pass
- Airport-issued Windshield Decal
- Note: BNA will provide an Access Card (hangtag) for individuals with difficulties pulling ticket from dispenser.
- The Airport-issued Complimentary Pass will expire with Tennessee Department of Revenue-issued disabled person license plate/placard/decal expiration date, and program participants will be required to resubmit for renewal into BNA Cares Accessible Parking Program.
- When entering BNA parking facility, program participants will pull parking ticket from dispenser in the customary fashion.
- Note: BNA will provide an Access Card (hangtag) for individuals with difficulties pulling ticket from dispenser.
- Upon exiting, program participants will need a valid driver’s license, the airport-issued Accessible Parking Program Complimentary Pass and the airport-issued windshield decal.
- Airport-issued Accessible Parking Program Complimentary Pass – to be shown to cashier upon exiting parking facility, along with matching driver’s license for verification
- Airport-issued windshield decal – to be affixed to the windshield and visible to cashier upon exiting parking facility
- Program not valid for use in Valet Parking.
- All members are required to exit via a staffed cashier lane.
- Cashier will check driver’s license and airport-issued Accessible Parking Program Complimentary Pass and windshield decal.
- Cashier will then manually process the transaction, receive supervisory approval, and allow program participants to exit at no charge.
- Program participant will be required to be in the vehicle at the time of exit
- OR an alternate party driving the registered vehicle will be required to present the program participant's boarding pass, along with his/her airport-issued Accessible Parking Program Complimentary Pass.
