AIRPORT DIRECTIONS

To the Airport from:

West / Downtown Nashville

    • Take Interstate 40 East to Exit 216A for Departures or Exit 216B for Arrivals and Valet Parking.

North  (using Briley Pkwy)

    • Take I-65 South to Exit 90B for Briley Pkwy East (TN-155 E).
    • Stay on Briley Pkwy E for ~10 miles to Exit 6A, following signs to the Airport and I-40 E.
    • Follow I-40 E for ~1.5 miles to Exit 216A for Departures or Exit 216B for Arrivals and Valet Parking.

North (using I-65)

    • Take I-65 South to Exit 86, merging onto I-24 East, following signs towards Chattanooga and Knoxville.
    • Continue eastbound on I-24 for ~3 miles to Exit 50A,  merging onto I-40 E towards Knoxville and Chattanooga.
    • Take I-40 E  for ~ 4 miles to Exit 216A for Departures or Exit 216B for Arrivals and Valet Parking.

South

    • Take I-24 West to I-40 East (Exit 52B).
    • Follow I-40 East for ~2.5 miles to Exit 216A for Departures or Exit 216B for Arrivals and Valet Parking.

East

    • Take Interstate 40 West to Exit 216 and turn left/South on Donelson Pike, following signs to the Airport.

From the Airport to:

West / Downtown Nashville

    • Follow signs on Terminal Drive to I-40 West

North

    • Follow signs on Terminal Drive to I-40 West to I-24 West / I-65 North

South (using I-40)

    • On Terminal Drive, follow signs on to merge onto I-40 West.
    • Follow I-40 West for ~2.5 miles to Exit 213A to I-24 East toward Chattanooga.

South (using Donelson Pike)

    • On Terminal Drive, follow signs for Donelson Pike South.
    • Turn right/South on Donelson Pike for ~ 4 miles to I-24.

East

    • Take Donelson Pike North to I-40 East

PARKING
BNA offers a variety of convenient, on-airport parking options:

  • Valet parking at Terminal Garage 1
  • Self-parking at Terminal Garages 1 & 2
  • Self-parking at three surface lots: Terminal Lot A and Economy Lots B & C

ADA Accessible parking spaces are available in all airport lots and Terminal Garages 1 & 2.

Curbside parking is not allowed in front of the terminal.

VALET PARKING
Valet services are available on the ground floor of Terminal Garage 1 (directly across from the terminal).

To get to Valet: Follow Terminal Drive signs to Valet. Look for the BNA Valet marquee sign at the dedicated Valet entrance (separate from the public parking entrance to Terminal Garage 1).

NOTE: Passengers arriving from I-40 seeking the convenience of valet parking services will only be able to access valet from Exit 216B.

To pick up your vehicle: After you land, call 615-275-5381, leave your ticket or account number followed by the # sign.

WeGo Public Transit service is available in the Ground Transportation Center at the Terminal Garage. Check with the Information booth located on level P1 in the Ground Transportation Center (6:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.) for route schedule.

ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING

BNA Ace Volunteers
BNA Aces are a volunteer group of men and women dedicated to helping make the traveling experience more pleasant at BNA. Aces are easily spotted in their royal blue jackets, vests, shirts and carrying their information notebooks. Play Nashville - Kids Play Area is located on Concourse B near gate B10.

A children's play area with an aviation-themed public art installation ("Flights of Fantasy") is also located in the Pedestrian Plaza at Terminal Garage 1. The plaza is located on Level P5.

CONSTRUCTION IN AIRPORT AREA
In order to prevent obstructions to safe aircraft navigation, BNA regulates the maximum height of all structures within the Airport Overlay District. In accordance with this provision, those wishing to obtain building permits within the Airport Overlay District may be required by Metro Government's Department of Codes and Building Safety to contact BNA (615-275-1643) for sign-off. In addition, the Federal Aviation Administration has established standards and notification requirements for objects affecting navigable airspace.

  • Pre-security: A Meditation Room is located on the Departures Level (Level 3) south of the security checkpoint.
  • Post-security: A Meditation Room is located in the T-Gate hallway, near the Country Music Hall of Fame.

MOTHER'S ROOMS
Clean, private spaces for nursing mothers.

  • North Terminal:
    • Mamava pod located on Concourse A near the 1st set of restrooms, before gate A1

RECYCLING
Recycling bins are located throughout the terminal and Terminal Garages 1 & 2 to accommodate paper, plastic and aluminum items.


TRAFFIC TICKETS
Airport Police may issue traffic tickets for illegal parking and speeding on airport property. Tickets are processed through the Metro Nashville Police Department.


TSA Pre✓® ENROLLMENT CENTER
The TSA PreCheck center is located on the Ground Transportation level (Level 1), under the north escalator, near Payless Rental Car counter. Enter level 1, turn right look for the TSA Pre✓® enrollment center signage.

PHOTO IDs
Domestic flights: At the Checkpoint, passengers aged 18 and over should be prepared to present one form of government-issued photo identification (e.g. valid passport, valid driver’s license, military ID, etc.), or two forms of non-photo identification, one of which must have been issued by a state or federal agency (e.g. U.S. Social Security card) in order to expeditiously pass through the security checkpoint.

In our ongoing efforts to ensure we have strong internal controls and a positive tone at the top, the Red Flag Reporting hotline is available for reporting fraud or ethics concerns.

Red Flag Reporting is an independent organization that is dedicated to protecting organizations.  This service allows people to report any concerns regarding improper or fraudulent activities.  The service is 100% independent from Nashville International Airport and allows reporters to remain completely anonymous if they choose.
