Lost and Found
Items lost or left in public areas of the airport (restrooms, gate seating areas, curbside) are taken to the airport Lost and Found. Filing a claim for a lost item can be completed online at no charge.
To retrieve your item, please check in with the Customer Service Representative at the Information Desk located on Level 1 (Ground Transportation Level) in the center of the terminal.
- Hours of Operation for retrieval of lost item: 7 days a week 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

For items left or lost on an airplane, please contact your airline.
For items left or lost at the security checkpoint please contact TSA at: BNA-Lost&Found@tsa.dhs.gov
When emailing TSA, please include:
- First/Last Name
- Contact number
- Date and Time of travel
- Airline you traveled with
- Detailed description of your property to include: brand, color, size, type, identifiable features
Please allow TSA 48-hours to research your inquiry and provide a response. Keep in mind this email is monitored Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
