BNA Cares is the collection of programs, services, and facilities offered at Nashville International Airport to accommodate our passengers and visitors in need of special assistance. Our goal is to make everyone’s airport experience straightforward, accessible, and welcoming. It’s the Nashville way.

Clean, private spaces for nursing mothers are located in the North and South Terminals.

To unlock the Mamava pod in Concourse B: Launch the Mamava app (available at the Apple App Store or Google Play). Select the Nashville International Airport location, step up to the pod and Unlock, if it’s available. OR: Call 615-275-2098 for an access code.

 

Communication Considerations

Translation Services

Language Line ® is an over-the-phone translation service. It is provided at the Information Center for those who do not speak or understand English, or for those needing to page a non-English speaker.

Paging for the Hearing Impaired

Passengers who are hearing impaired can be visually paged on our flight information display system. This service can be requested at the Information Center (615-275-2098).

Accessible Parking Program

BNA provides complimentary parking to individuals enrolled in BNA’s Accessible Parking Program.

Skycap Wheelchair Assistance

Travelers may arrange skycap wheelchair assistance at their airline’s ticket counter or curbside check-in. The Information Center (615-275-2098) will also page for a Skycap. Those who wish to arrange Skycap assistance for a person at his/her arrival gate should contact the passenger’s airline in advance.

Escorting a Person with Special Needs

If you require a companion or assistant to accompany you through the security checkpoint to reach your gate, request a gate pass for your companion at your airline’s ticket counter prior to entering the security checkpoint.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted in the terminal. For specific info about traveling with a service animal, contact your airline.
