Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority Operations Leadership Nominated to Serve on Dean’s Advisory Council of the College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

Nashville, Tenn. (September 3, 2024) – The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), which owns and operates Nashville International Airport® (BNA®) and John C. Tune® (JWN®), is proud to announce that two of its key leaders in operations, Adam Bouchard, vice president of operations, and Matthew Earnhardt, assistant vice president of operations, have been nominated to serve on the Dean’s Advisory Council (DAC) of the College of Business (COB) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide (ERAU-WW). Their involvement marks a significant milestone for MNAA, as they will be the first representatives from BNA to serve on the DAC.

Adam Bouchard joined MNAA in March 2024 as Vice President of Operations, overseeing Airside, Landside, and Terminal Operations, along with Guest Services, Safety, and Parking. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s degree from Penn State University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society of the United Kingdom and a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (A.A.A.E).

Matthew Earnhardt joined MNAA in July 2024 as the Assistant Vice President of Operations, overseeing landside, terminal, and customer experience teams. He previously served as the Senior Associate Dean of Academics and Operations at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University.

ERAU-WW's College of Business is renowned for its academic excellence, ranking highly in U.S. News & World Report for undergraduate programs. The University engages in extensive research and consulting that address the unique needs of aviation, aerospace, and related industries. Members of the DAC are invited and appointed annually, with no term limits.
