We are proud to participate in the 9/11 Memorial & Museum’s “Tribute in Lights.” The terminal garages are currently illuminated in sky blue, symbolizing the clear morning sky closely tied to the memory of that day. Known as “Memorial Blue,” it also echoes the powerful installation in Lower Manhattan, where two beams of light rise in honor of the Twin Towers and all those lost.

This morning, we gathered together in remembrance of remembrance of the 2,977 victims who lost their lives 25 years ago on September 11, 2001. In this moment of unity, we remember the stories of bravery and sacrifice, and the hope that keeps us moving forward.
We remember, today and always.
It’s official! The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority Board of Commissioners voted unanimously, 6 to 0, to modify our existing naming policy, marking the first step toward renaming Nashville International Airport® in honor of Dolly Parton.
This is an exciting and historic moment for BNA® and Music City.
