We understand that misplacing an item while traveling can be stressful. At BNA®, we’re here to help you quickly locate and recover your belongings with step-by-step guidance on how to contact the Lost and Found, TSA, or your airline, depending on where the item was lost.
- Items lost or left in public areas of the airport (restrooms, gate seating areas, curbside) are taken to the airport Lost and Found.
- Filing a claim for a lost item can be completed online at no charge.
- To retrieve your item:
- Visit the the Information Desk located on Level 1 (Ground Transportation Level) in the center of the terminal.
- Hours of Operation for retrieval of lost item: 7 days a week 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

- When emailing TSA, please include:
- First/Last Name
- Contact number
- Date and Time of travel
- Airline you traveled with
- Detailed description of your property to include: brand, color, size, type, identifiable features
- Additional TSA Information:
- Please allow TSA 48-hours to research your inquiry and provide a response.
- TSA email monitored Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
