However, please note that a completed application does not guarantee the sponsorship request will be approved. The requester will receive an official confirmation or denial email once a decision has been made.

Application Process:
- To ensure proper consideration, applications must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the event. Applications submitted less than eight weeks prior to the event may be automatically declined at our discretion.
- Approved sponsorships will require the organization to complete our vendor profile application and submit a copy of their W-9.
- Approved sponsorships will require the organization to electronically submit, in PDF format and within thirty (30) days following the sponsored event, any promotional materials that shared our brand/logo, number of attendees, and any other post-event statistics. Failure to submit these materials will impact future requests.
