Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority Expands Leadership Team with New Hires

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (September 20, 2024) – The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), which owns and operates Nashville International Airport® (BNA®) and John C. Tune Airport® (JWN®), today announced the addition of new leadership team members.

I’m confident their leadership will ensure we continue exceeding our passengers’ needs and our trajectory as leaders in the aviation industry.”   

The following individuals have been appointed to key leadership roles: (headshots attached) 

  • Roman Keselman – Assistant Vice President, Real Estate 
    Roman Keselman’s professional background includes a successful real estate acquisitions, development, and investment track record. Before joining MNAA, he served as the director of acquisitions at Offerpad, a publicly traded real estate firm. In this role, Keselman led the expansion of new regional markets, oversaw nearly $600 million in acquisitions, and built a national team of 80+ professionals. Before his time at Offerpad, he was the director of development for TriStar Properties, a prominent Midwest development firm. Keselman specialized in industrial and technology center development, land assemblage, and fostering public-private partnerships. Notable achievements at TriStar include a 2.2 million-square-foot technology center for World Wide Technology and a 1.8 million-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial park. Earlier in his career, Roman held positions as an asset manager and investor relations specialist at Twain Financial Partners, a private equity firm focused on ground lease capital and Class-A ground-up development. 
      
  • Austin Fay – Director, Airside Operations 
    Austin Fay joins MNAA as Director of Airside Operations, where he will lead a team of industry professionals in the Airside Operations department. With over a decade of experience in Airport Operations, Fay has served in progressive leadership roles at the Tampa International Airport, St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, and Grand Junction Regional Airport. Fay developed his passion for aviation when he began his career as a member of the Airport Operations and Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) team at the Grand Junction Regional Airport. He holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace administration from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Member (C.M), and Airport Certified Employee (A.C.E) of the American Association of Airport Executives (A.A.A.E.).
