Announcing the 2026 Nashville Titan 100 Honorees

This year’s honorees will be published in a limited-edition Titan 100 digital book and profiled exclusively online. They will be honored at the annual awards ceremony in November 2026, and will be given the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans.

With more than 35 years of progressive leadership in accounting and finance, including more than 25 years of specialized expertise in airport finance and administration, Basrai is responsible for shaping and executing MNAA's comprehensive financial strategy, ensuring long-term fiscal sustainability in one of the nation’s fastest-growing aviation markets. She also oversees a broad portfolio that includes payroll, budgeting, accounting, cash and investment management, debt issuance, investor relations, insurance and risk management, capital improvement program (CIP) financial oversight, grant administration, airline rates and charges, financial planning and analysis, and procurement. Her strategic vision and disciplined financial stewardship have played a critical role in advancing MNAA’s multibillion-dollar capital expansion programs while maintaining transparency, accountability and strong credit ratings.
Basrai has received multiple national honors, including being named the 2021 CFO of the Year by the Nashville Business Journal in the nonprofit/institution category, the 2021 ACI Finance Professional of the Year for medium-hub airports, and a 2020 Bond Buyer Trailblazing Woman in Public Finance. She also served as chair of the ACI Finance Committee in 2025 and has been a key member of the ACI Finance Steering Group since 2020, helping shape the financial direction of airports across North America.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and an MBA in Professional Accounting from Michigan State University. Active in the broader finance community, she also serves on the advisory board for the CFO Leadership Council, Nashville chapter.
