DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE
Nashville International Airport is eight miles east of downtown Nashville. Shuttle, taxi, bus, ride-share and hotel/motel courtesy shuttle services are available from the airport.
 
HOTEL/MOTEL CALL BOARDS
Baggage Level. Specific hotel/motels can be called from call-boards, located on the Baggage and Ground Transportation Levels.
 
ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Available in all airport lots and the Terminal Garage. All airport operated shuttle buses in the terminal and economy surface lots are equipped with wheelchair lifts for passenger assistance.

LIMOUSINE SERVICE
Airport limousine services are available on a pre-arranged basis and pick up in the Ground Transportation Center at the Terminal Garage.
 
OPRYLAND HOTEL DESK
Located on the Ground Transportation Level at the main terminal, behind the escalator. You may confirm or make reservations and/or request various services.
 
RENTAL CARS
Rental car agencies are located on the Ground Transportation Level of the main terminal. Cars are conveniently located in a covered area adjacent to the terminal building. Child seats are available on request.

LOST AND FOUND
If you have lost or found an item at Nashville International Airport, contact or visit the Information Center located on the Baggage Claim Level. Items are kept for 30 days from the date the item was found. Call (615) 275-1675.
 
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
Contact Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) by dialing 1703 on beige courtesy phones in the terminal. EMTs are on duty 24 hrs. By law, they cannot write prescriptions or work-absence excuses, or supply any drugs other than Aspirin. Medical emergency may be transported to: Summit Medical Center, 5655 Frist Blvd, Hermitage, TN 37076. Patient information: 615-316-3490.

POLICE OFFICERS

FLYING ACES
Volunteers in red vests or jackets are able to assist you in your traveling needs. They are stationed in various locations throughout the airport on a daily basis to answer your questions. Click here for information about becoming a Flying Ace volunteer.

Open to members of American Airlines passenger club. Located near Gate C-12.
 
DELTA AIRLINES SKY CLUB
Open to members of Delta Airlines passenger club. Located at Gate B-3.
 
LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCES
Scheduled several times a week on the Concourse C Meeter-Greeter Lounge stage, the A/B Concourse Meeter-Greeter stage, and the Concourse C Food and Retail Court stage. Live music can also be heard daily  in Gibson Café, near Gate C-20.
 
MASSAGE BAR
Ticketing Level in Concourse C, Gate C-14; Open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday Noon - 8 p.m. (no appointment necessary). Massage chairs are located before Concourses A/B and Concourse C checkpoints, and in Concourse B.

Terminal and economy lots are available, as well as Valet, BNA Express Park and the Terminal Garage. 
Curbside parking is not allowed in front of the terminal. ADA Accessible parking spaces are available in all airport lots and the Terminal Garage. Courtesy shuttles from Terminal Lot A, Economy Lot B and Economy Lot C. Shuttles are equipped with wheelchair ramps. Approximate wait time: 10 minutes

BNA's Department of Public Safety is comprised of state-certified, commissioned police officers. They are cross-trained in fire and rescue. Contact: 615-275-1703

COPY MACHINE

CONSTRUCTION IN AIRPORT AREA
In order to prevent obstructions to safe aircraft navigation, BNA regulates the maximum height of all structures within the Airport Overlay District. In accordance with this provision, those wishing to obtain building permits within the Airport Overlay District may be required by Metro Government's Department of Codes and Building Safety to contact BNA (615-275-1643) for sign-off. In addition, the Federal Aviation Administration has established standards and notification requirements for objects affecting navigable airspace. Additional information.

PHOTO IDs
Domestic flights: At the Checkpoint, passengers aged 18 and over should be prepared to present one form of government-issued photo identification (e.g. valid passport, valid driver’s license, military ID, etc.), or two forms of non-photo identification, one of which must have been issued by a state or federal agency (e.g. U.S. Social Security card) in order to expeditiously pass through the security checkpoint.
