Bridges For the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will perform a sign language translation of live music performed by Singer-Songwriter Joe West. Joe’s music is a recipe for sheer enjoyment. He is the son of Sarge and Shirley West, the first and only African American Country and Western Duo.
