BNA® Provides Refunds for Valet Customers Checking Out March 19-21, 2021
Last weekend, the Valet Parking Center at BNA experienced unprecedented delays. Our customers—the traveling public—expect and deserve a better parking product than what was provided at that time. To make amends, Nashville International Airport® is giving full refunds to all BNA® Valet customers who paid for parking between Friday, March 19, 2021, and Sunday, March 21, 2021. For those who have not already received their refund, please see the following:
- Credit and debit card payments will automatically be credited back to customers. Due to the high customer volume on March 19-21, it will take 10-14 days for the airport’s contracted parking management company to process the refunds (not including the time it will take for credits to post to customers’ accounts).
- Customers who paid with cash are encouraged to email milissa.boyd@flynashville.com to request their refunds. Customers are asked to email a copy of their Valet receipts—or, alternatively, customer’s name, license plate number and payment amount.
- BNA® Valet customers who used Uber or Lyft due to wait times between March 19, 2021, and March 21, 2021, are being reimbursed for the cost of their ride. To request a refund, customers should email milissa.boyd@flynashville.com. Customers are asked to email a copy of their Valet receipts—or, alternatively, customer’s name, license plate number and payment amount.
