BNA® Provides Refunds for Valet Customers Checking Out March 19-21, 2021

Last weekend, the Valet Parking Center at BNA experienced unprecedented delays. Our customers—the traveling public—expect and deserve a better parking product than what was provided at that time. To make amends, Nashville International Airport® is giving full refunds to all BNA® Valet customers who paid for parking between Friday, March 19, 2021, and Sunday, March 21, 2021. For those who have not already received their refund, please see the following:

  1. Credit and debit card payments will automatically be credited back to customers. Due to the high customer volume on March 19-21, it will take 10-14 days for the airport’s contracted parking management company to process the refunds (not including the time it will take for credits to post to customers’ accounts).
  2. Customers who paid with cash are encouraged to email milissa.boyd@flynashville.com to request their refunds. Customers are asked to email a copy of their Valet receipts—or, alternatively, customer’s name, license plate number and payment amount.
  3. BNA® Valet customers who used Uber or Lyft due to wait times between March 19, 2021, and March 21, 2021, are being reimbursed for the cost of their ride. To request a refund, customers should email milissa.boyd@flynashville.com. Customers are asked to email a copy of their Valet receipts—or, alternatively, customer’s name, license plate number and payment amount.
