Economy Lot B Access Shifts to Terminal Drive Beginning Sept. 1, 2026

Effective Sept. 1, 2026, access to Economy Lot B will shift, with the entrance and exit relocating from the connector road between Donelson Pike and Terminal Drive to direct access on Terminal Drive, providing a more straightforward route in and out of the lot.

Drivers should stay in the far‑right lane on Terminal Drive and follow signage for the Economy Lot B entry and exit plaza.

A new pay plaza will also be installed at the updated exit. The plaza will be fully automated and no longer staffed, and—consistent with BNA’s transition to cashless parking operations that began July 1, 2026—is designed to streamline entry and exit for all passengers.

Upon exiting Economy Lot B, drivers will turn right onto Terminal Drive, following signs toward Interstate 40, at which point they can decide to travel:

  • westbound on I-40 toward downtown Nashville
  • eastbound on I-40 toward Hermitage or access Donelson Pike via Exit 216B

Drivers from Economy Lot C may also utilize this new outbound lane toward I-40 upon exiting the lot to avoid circling Terminal Drive.

Drivers are encouraged to watch for traffic management and signage throughout the work zone.

This relocation supports improved traffic flow and overall accessibility as part of long-term roadway expansion efforts under New Horizon, BNA’s $3 billion growth and expansion program designed to support up to 40 million annual passengers in the future.
