ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS for furnishing all materials, labor, tools and appurtenances for completion of this project shall be received by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, (MNAA) Nashville, Tennessee, until and not later than 2:00 P.M. CST (local time) on TUESDAY , MARCH 10, 2026, Proposers wishing to submit a non-electronic proposal may do so only after receiving written authorization from MNAA.  Written authorization to submit a non-electronic proposal may be requested by emailing purchasing@flynashville.com at least five (5) days prior to the date proposals are due.  Proposers submitting a non-electronic proposal must submit a copy of the written authorization with their proposal package.

 

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Social Media Agency

Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA)

 

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), owner and operator of Nashville International Airport® (BNA®) and John C. Tune Airport® (JWN®), is seeking a qualified social media agency to support strategic communications, brand elevation, and digital engagement efforts. The selected agency will collaborate with MNAA’s Corporate Communications & Marketing Department to advance the visibility, engagement, and reputation of both airports through innovative content, data-driven insights, and best-in-class social media practices.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Strategic Social Media Planning & Brand Elevation

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to elevate the BNA® and JWN® brands across all platforms.
  • Create campaign concepts that highlight MNAA’s core messages, airport amenities, community impact, and ongoing transformation initiatives.
  • Produce innovative, multimedia-driven ideas and content that reinforce BNA’s position as a world-class airport and JWN’s role as a premier general aviation facility.
  • Provide quarterly strategy updates, trend analyses, and recommendations to ensure MNAA remains competitive and aligned with leading global airports and industry best practices.

 

Content Creation & Campaign Development

  • Concept, design, and execute integrated content campaigns (organic and paid) that highlight:
    • Air service announcements and new route promotions
    • Parking products and transportation options
    • Dining, retail, and concessions
    • Live music, art, and unique passenger amenities
    • Infrastructure milestones, program updates, and community engagement
  • Produce platform-specific content including video, photography, reels, graphics, copywriting, and interactive formats.
  • Maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice that reflects the spirit of Nashville, MNAA’s culture, and customer-focused excellence.

 

Social Media Monitoring, Crisis Support & Issue Management

  • Provide real-time social media monitoring to identify emerging issues, misinformation, customer concerns, and potential risks.
  • Support MNAA during crisis situations or high-impact events by providing rapid content development, message alignment, monitoring, analytics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with MNAA’s Communications team to ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate messaging during operational disruptions, weather events, security incidents, roadway congestion, or other airport-related incidents.
  • Maintain 24/7 on-call availability during designated emergencies and critical events.

 

Influencer Management & Partnership Development

  • Establish, manage, and optimize a formal Influencer & Creator Engagement Program to promote BNA® air service, airport amenities, and the passenger experience.
  • Identify and vet local, regional, national, and travel-lifestyle influencers who align with MNAA’s brand, values, and goals.
  • Develop influencer campaigns to spotlight:
    • New and existing airline routes
    • Parking
    • Concessions (food, retail, and specialty services)
    • Live music, art installations, and cultural experiences
    • Unique elements that make BNA® the gateway to Music City and an ideal starting point for travel
  • Manage influencer contracts, creative briefs, content review, compliance, and results reporting.

 

Social Media Best Practices, Training & Guidance

  • Provide ongoing recommendations to ensure MNAA’s social media strategies remain industry-leading, effective, and adaptive to digital trends.
  • Advise on platform updates, algorithm shifts, content optimization techniques, and emerging technologies relevant to airport marketing.
  • Conduct annual or semiannual training sessions for MNAA staff on social media best practices, risk mitigation, and brand voice consistency.
  • Benchmark BNA® and JWN® performance against peer airports and industry leaders to refine strategy.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on social media engagement, campaign performance, influencer metrics, sentiment analysis, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness, audience growth, and brand perception.
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies and content plans based on data outcomes and MNAA goals.

 Account Management & Collaboration

  • Assign a dedicated account team responsible for daily coordination, strategic guidance, and seamless workflow with MNAA.
  • Participate in regular planning meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to MNAA brand guidelines, communications protocols, and approval processes

THE RFP DOCUMENTS.  Copies of the Contract Documents (RFP, Proposal Schedule, Attachments, etc.) will be available on or after Monday, February 02, 2026  and may be obtained electronically from B2GNow E-Bidding an online tendering service.

 

ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS for will be submitted through this online platform, B2GNow E-Bidding.

 

Important: All bid opportunities can be viewed, and documents downloaded through the new MNAA Procurement e-bidding System.  The new e-bidding System is an integral part of the Small Business Development and Procurement Management System located at URL:  https://flynashville.gob2g.com/Vendors must register to download the solicitation and select the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Codes). Submission Instructions: Proposers will be required to register with the e-bidding platform prior to downloading the proposal. Registration is free. The Proposer must scan all required proposal documents, including the Prime/Subcontractor License Information (if applicable) and upload to the appropriate solicitation file on the e-bidding system.  All submittal questions shall be directed to the Procurement Department, fax number (615) 275-2349 or email: Purchasing@flynashville.com.

Please note that your organization must have an Authorized Signer to sign the proposal documents, the authorized signer has the authority to bind your company to each and every term, condition, article and obligation of the Insert and any resultant Contract.

Proposers are advised to review the RFP Documents carefully prior to submitting a Proposal on the Project.  Proposers are also advised to review the RFP and Instructions to Proposers carefully prior to preparing their Proposals.

Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal Form included in the RFP Documents and the successful Proposer will be required to execute the Contract and other documents requiring execution that are included in the Contract Documents.

 

 

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE.  A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. CST on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in the Nashville Conference room at the Administration Building on the Fifth Floor, at  140 BNA Park Dr., Ste. 520, Nashville, TN 37214 Attendance at this meeting is non-mandatory.

RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS.  MNAA proposes to award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Proposer.  Proposer is advised that MNAA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities in any Proposal or Proposal Guaranty, to accept any Proposal deemed advantageous to it and to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to these Contract Documents with the successful Proposer.
