It’s BNA Night with the Nashville Predators!
Oh, what a night! BNA truly shined on the ice — from our team members taking Zamboni rides to help prep the rink, to the powerful presentation of colors by our BNA Honor Guard, to our President & CEO proudly serving as the Mayor of Smashville.
We were even able to grab a quick photo with Nashville Predators President Sean Henry and former Governor Bill Haslam.
Most importantly, a huge shout-out to all of our incredible staff who were throughout the arena, representing BNA with pride and energy.
Special thanks to our amazing partners, the Nashville Predators, for giving us the opportunity to showcase BNA to our valued travelers and fans.
Heads Up! With the possibility of a light wintery mix in the forecast late tonight and into early morning tomorrow, passengers should check with their airlines for the latest flight status information. If your flight is scheduled for an on-time departure, early arrival is highly encouraged. ❄️

UPDATE (4:15 p.m.): As a reminder, a major accident has closed I‑40 Westbound at Mile Marker 215 creating significant traffic impacts around Nashville International Airport® (BNA®). On this busiest travel day of the Thanksgiving holiday, as friends and family arrive to pick up and drop off loved ones, our Department of Public Safety is actively managing traffic lights and extensively directing traffic throughout the airport area to help improve flow and reduce delays.
Please follow these travel tips to help ease congestion.
Avoid circling the terminal roadways. This only adds to congestion.
Use the free Cell Lot at 1415 Murfreesboro Pike. It offers ample parking and real-time flight information displays.
Check with your airline for the latest flight status before heading to the airport.
Utilize designated pick-up and drop-off zones to keep traffic moving smoothly.
For the latest updates on I‑40 traffic conditions, please visit the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s official traffic information site: https://smartway.tn.gov/

Attention travelers: Due to an accident, I-40 West is currently closed near Exit 215B. Please allow extra time and consider an alternate route (Donelson Pike or Murfreesboro Road) to the airport to avoid significant traffic congestion. If utilizing I-40 East, consider using either Exit 216A or 216B to access the airport, as both are available to travelers. For real-time updates and additional information about impacts in the area, visit: smartway.tn.gov
