Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) Committee meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month beginning at 9 a.m., and Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month beginning at 1 p.m. Both meetings take place in the Tennessee Boardroom at 140 BNA Park Drive, Suite 520, Nashville, TN 37214.

Agendas are published in advance and outline the specific topics scheduled for discussion. Only items listed on the agenda will be addressed, regardless of any developments that may occur after publication.

Board and Committee meetings are not live-streamed. The minutes from each meeting will be posted only after they have been reviewed and approved at the following month’s Board or Committee meeting.
